About me

I am Veronika Alexieva and I am a German teacher with over ten years of international experience. After graduating in German Philology and Methods of Teaching German as a Foreign Language in Freiburg, Switzerland, I have attended numerous additional training courses related to the acquisition of the latest teaching methods.

I have professional experience in Switzerland, the island of Cyprus, and recently in Bulgaria. I have worked both with adults looking for work in a German-speaking country and with young people preparing to study abroad. I also have experience with children who are taking their first steps in learning a foreign language.

I am a certified examiner for the Goethe Institute and Telc-Deutsch Prüfungen. I have taught at the Goethe Institute in Cyprus and Sofia, as well as at leading private language high schools in both countries, where I have successfully prepared young people for the Goethe exams and the international IB Diploma.

For me, teaching is a calling and the achieved goals of my students make me continue to practice my profession with joy and motivation.
